Currently there is a large pool of staff working at projects in UAE at the head office. In Pakistan staff is carefully inducted and selected keeping in mind not just the quality of their work but also their reliability and dedication to the organization. Our focus is on creating a working family environment rather than on getting the work done. The janitorial staff has been noticed to work best in a conductive environment under strict checks and firm directions that they are motivated to follow. Reaction time for on call staff is 4 hours.

In order to recruit and depute more staff specifically for the services we will be following the processes listed below:

  1. Recruitment based on reference is preferred as this helps keeping a check in terms of security. Existing staff is requested to refer the janitors for hiring.
  2. Vacancy notices for recruitment of janitors are published in leading newspapers over the weekends without mentioning the project for which recruitment are being planned.
  3. Resumes are shorted listed on the basis of qualifications, experience and requirements of the jobs in a transparent manner.
  4. Child labour is respected by ensuring that the age should not be below 18 years.
  5. Short-listed candidates are called in for interviews. Selected candidates are then scrutinized/processed for security clearances.
  6. Selected candidates after clearance by police stations are hired on work in their respective spheres of work/project.
  7. It is ensured that before resuming the job/charge proper orientation and training is imparted in the staff.

Quality Control: We take great pride in ensuring that all our work is carried out to the highest of standard. Our Management teams have very hands on approach with all contracts, and we ensure that all our clients have a single point of contact.

To maintain our high standards, we run ongoing training sessions and workshops, which will cover all aspects of daily work from work standards to communication skills. Our supervisors will also perform on the job spot checks ensuring that the standard of work is always maintained to an exceptional level.

We operate on an incentive based scheme for team members which are a direct result of client feedback.

We also regularly seek feedback from our value-able clients on their experience with our company so as to help us improve our service even further.

Quality Monitoring Systems:

We have a service level agreement which are being checked daily by the site supervisor, and monthly during meetings between the clients and our Operations Manager. Action plans will be compiled for any issues raised and these will be passed on to the site supervisors.

The Operations Manager make regular quality inspections and attend meetings with client to ensure that these standards are being achieved and maintained.
